Parking

Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted per county ordinance.

During winter months, please prepare for mountain driving conditions. Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow tires or chains may be required depending on weather and road conditions.

* Renters must be 25 years or older
* Maximum occupancy: 8 adults (per county ordinance)
* Pets are not allowed
* Non-smoking property
* BBQ and outdoor furniture may not be available during winter months due to weather conditions
* Like most homes in Tahoe, this home does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided
* Exterior security cameras may be present for safety; they face outward and do not monitor interior spaces
