This home is in an unbeatable location. Simply walk out the door to the shores of the Lake Tahoe Beach. Rentals for paddle boards, kayaks, jet skis, and ski boats are just a few blocks away. A grocery store is only 2 minutes by car—or take a short 10-minute stroll. Walk to nearby restaurants, or head 10 minutes down the road to the casinos for more entertainment.

Inside, the cottage has a warm and inviting living space with a sofa, dining table for four, large flat screen TV, and a peek view of the lake. The well-maintained lawn area provides a great space for kids to play after a day at the beach.

Location:
You’ll be in the heart of Tahoe Vista on the beautiful North Shore of Lake Tahoe. With the lake just outside your door, you can enjoy an effortless beach day, or take a quick walk or drive to explore Kings Beach (5 minutes away) for additional dining and shopping options. Several major ski resorts are also within a short drive, making this cottage a perfect year-round getaway.

Pet Friendly:
Maximum number of dogs allowed is 2. Additional pet fees apply.

Parking:
*Parking is available for 1 car total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
* Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. Four-wheel drive with snow tires or chains may be required.

Other Things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* Non-smoking home
* Maximum occupancy per county ordinance: 4
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most Tahoe homes, this property does not have air conditioning, though fans will be provided
* Your safety matters: the property may feature exterior security cameras (outward facing, no interior views, recording video/audio while guests are in residence)

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of electronically signed Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking.
