Parking

Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted per county ordinance.

During winter months, please prepare for mountain driving conditions. AWD or 4WD with snow tires or chains may be required depending on weather and road conditions.

* Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
* Non-smoking property
* BBQ and outdoor furniture may not be available during winter months
* Like most Tahoe homes, this property does not have air conditioning; fans are provided
* Exterior security cameras may be present and face outward only
