This unit is dated but clean. We were unable to access the sauna-it was locked. (Not the owners fault). Very limited spices and things,

Condo was spacious with 3 bedrooms. Loved the location as it was quiet and centrally located between Incline Village and South Lake Tahoe. Also beside Tahoe City which was a perfect middle ground between the affluent areas and touristy - it was accessible, walkable, adorable and offered a great array of food and shopping options.

Great location close to everything. The condo has everything you need for your vacation. The rental company is so helpful. They answered all of my questions & very friendly. I will definitely recommend it.

This Villas tri-level condo has a terrific location inside the condo complex as well as being just one mile from Tahoe City, close to beaches and ski resorts. You can walk or ride bike into town on the paved bike trail in the summer and Skylandia Beach is three blocks away. Palisades Tahoe and Alpine Meadows ski resorts are about a 15-20 minute drive away, and Northstar is about 25 minutes.

The open floor plan has high ceilings, big windows and a gas fireplace. The kitchen if fully equipped with everything you need to make your family meals while on vacation. 

The lowest floor features 2 bedrooms, one with a half bath, laundry area, and a full bathroom. The middle floor features kitchen, dining and living room area with access to the outdoor deck. Sofa in living room is also a queen sleeper. The upper floor loft features two twin beds and a bathroom with shower. 

The complex has a pool, and pickleball/tennis courts in the summer.

Parking:
Parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles in the designated parking spots for the condo unit.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months. 

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+ 
* This is a non-smoking home. 
* Pets are not allowed at this home. 
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
