My family plus extended family stayed here for the week of Christmas and really enjoyed our time! The cabin had a lot of kid friendly items such as a wide variety of games, a high chair, a sled, and some smaller eating utensils. The location was great only 12 minutes from Tahoe city and about 30 minutes from Northstar or Truckee. The house was very comfortable as well and had just about everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cabin. Location is easy access to the park and lake. Beautiful neighborhood. The house is spacy and good for small kids. Big bunks bed this definitely is a good place for the kids. We will come back and rent this unit again.

The description of the property was very accurate. The property was clean. The property does need some TLC . The property management company was GREAT some problems came up and they were on it in minutes. There was a lot to do by the house.

There are a ton of pros about this house. Great location and easy walk to the lake. The house is a perfect layout for families with small kids or big kids. The street is quiet, and has a large driveway is a great place to ride bikes or sidewalk chalk etc... our two families (4 adults and 5 small kids including one 4 Mo old) had plenty of space to sleep and play. The bedding and beds in the house were very comfortable. The rental agency was very responsive when we had issues. The cons: this house could definitely benefit from some TLC. The microwave didn’t work, the blenders didn’t work, some of the kitchen ware was either not working or almost not functional. The deck was great for adults but some loose boards/nails didn’t make it ideal for kids. My 6 YO also found a bong on the propery. Not ideal. Overall I would stay here again.

Our experience was overall well, the cabin is spacious and has all the necessary items for a comfortable stay.The cleaning people missed a few things around the cabin, however however it felt clean upon arrival. We found some issues with the cabin mainly a bedroom missing a blind, I was surprised that no one took action the entire week we where their. We placed a sheet with thumb task to cover the window. I was dissatisfied with the lack of response.

We responded to your emails right away and made note of the mini blind on your arrival inspection. Unfortunately, issues like blinds and a torn screen are items in Tahoe we can not take care of immediately due to location, and it being 4th of July weekend. We went to Tahoe for Christmas with the entire family. We had a great time at this house. It was large enough for all of us and well stocked. We would definitely stay again.

Property is showing its age a bit. Deck has some loose nails that could lead you to stumble; a few worn boards starting to come up. The shower heads (both master bath and downstairs bath) are pretty bad and need replacement. BBQ on deck needed cleaning badly (was covered in grease, as was the BBQ brush). Patio furniture cushions were left out and covered in snow from the previous weekend storm; they were soaked along with the patio furniture. Kitchen well appointed; all appliances worked well.

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. We ranged from 12 to 82 and everyone enjoyed their own unique room, giving people privacy and an area for community games and making meals. The cabin was very clean and well taken care of. We would rent this place again for sure.

The cabin was just what we hoped for. A quiet, beautiful cabin with a large open living, dining and kitchen area for our family to spend time together. We got a bonus of snow which made the trip even more amazing. The cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed and Gabriel, from the Mgt company was responsive and helpful when I asked questions. We hope to stay here again soon!

We were able to have a tour of the Delightful Cabin in Carnelian Bay, the year before we rented it. We loved the floor plan, the openness of the upstairs, the large master bedroom, and the gorgeous deck surrounding the entire upper floor. The downstairs was perfect, as our daughters family joined us on the weekend. The property was clean except for pet stains on the rug. The customer service was excellent. Very detailed instructions were given. Would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. Our stay was during COVID-19. We were extremely disappointed that the Agate Bay pool was not available to us..

A small group of us were up there to enjoy the area together and the house provided a great base for us. The deck was a great place to lounge. The kitchen was well equipped. The furniture in the living room was comfortable. We had a problem with the stove, but the rental management company dealt with it professionally. We would rent it again.

Loved this house! Perfect rental for 3 couples plus our kids. Great kitchen, decks, everything was spotless and well equipped. Bedrooms are wonderful. Decks and views are wonderful. We had breakfast on the deck in the sun, just lovely. Walked our dogs to the beach and had a wonderful time. The house is spectacular.
