Ski Lease Available for the 2025/2026 Ski Season

**Available for 2025/2026 ski lease starting as early as November 1 through the end of April. $3300 per month for rent, garbage and internet. Tenant pays for gas and electric during the time of lease. Review the application on our Ski Lease tab of the Tahoe Rental Company website. Parking/Driving: 
Parking is available for 2 cars total. All cars must park in spaces near unit.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months

* Renters must be 25+ 
* This is a non-smoking home. 
* Pets are not allowed at this home. 
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
