This is a 2 level home. The main level offers a wood burning fireplace in the living room, large windows, large kitchen and a spacious deck. On the deck there is outdoor seating to enjoy the lovely lake and fresh air while sipping on your morning coffee. On the second floor you will find all three bedrooms. One with a King, one with a Queen, and one with two twin beds. All together this lakefront condo will accommodate up to 6 guests.

Location: 
While some may want to stay in, enjoy the fire and relax on a snowy day, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local resorts like Northstar or Alpine Meadows/Palisades Tahoe. You are also near the bike path for wonderful summer riding. 

Parking: 
Parking is available for 2 cars total. 1 car in front of the unit marked 17, and 1 one spot in visitor parking.  No street parking per county ordinance.

Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months. 

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+ 
* This is a non-smoking home. 
* Pets are not allowed at this home. 
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
