A private outdoor hot tub will ease those sore muscles after a day on the slopes or a summer bike ride. Woodcrest backs up to the Tahoe National Forest giving you the option of snow shoeing, sledding, mountain biking or hiking right out the front door.

North Lake Tahoe with numerous beaches for lots of summer fun is less than five minutes by car.  Northstar Resort is just over the hill 10 minutes away. Palisades Tahoe, Alpine Meadows and Mount Rose Ski Areas are all about a 20 to 30 minute drive. North Tahoe offers wonderful restaurants and a variety of shopping.

Parking:
Parking is available for 3 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No garage parking. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months. 

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+ 
* This is a non-smoking home. 
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
