Location:
Located on Tahoe’s North Shore, this property offers easy access to a variety of activities. You’ll be less than a mile from Lake Tahoe and the Lake Forest Boat Ramp. Ski enthusiasts can easily reach Northstar, Palisades, or Alpine —just a short drive away. The bike path leads into Tahoe City, where you’ll find dining, shopping, and entertainment options. During summer, enjoy the beaches at Commons Beach or other nearby lakeside spots.

Parking:
* Parking is available for 4 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
* Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Driveway is very steep and you will need to take Winter Driving Precautions in the winter months.
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may feature exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
